Last August 2008, the PAC Kaizen Team from Production - SIFS Section competed in the 4^th ASEAN QC Circle Convention held in Bangkok, Thailand.   With the will to win, the team presented our Kaizen entry with the theme “Reduction Usage of Indirect Materials”.   

Once again, PAC Kaizen team proved their teamwork and problem solving capabilities by emerging as 1^st Runner Up among 8 other competing groups. As of  now, the team is preparing for the Global QCC Convention to be held in DENSO Corp., Japan this coming November.

PAC received the prestigious DENSO PRESIDENT AWARD - garnering second place (Silver prize) among 173 companies of DENSO Group worldwide, The award was based on sales perfomance, profits, product quality, safety management and company vision.

Mr. Satoshi Sugiura - President of Philippine Auto Components, Inc. together with Masashi Ogasawara, Vice President - TIE & Plant manager went to DENSO Corporation Japan last June 20, 2008 to recieve the award of excellence. They were accompanied by (2) two other employees;  Mr. Ricky Sancon and Ms. Amy Buhay.
