4th Quality Check Technical Skills Competition |

The annual Quality Check Technical Skills Competition took place last March 8, 2008 at the PAC PR Hall. Mr. Satoshi Sugiura started the event with his opening remarks. A total of 41 participants from various departments participated in the contest.
Mr. Jayvee Rufo from Production Meter bagged the first place (Champion award), followed by Mr. Mandy Sarmiento from Production Engineering. In the third place is Mr. Marlon Buray from Machine and Tooling Engineering; also included in the top ten are: Mr. Dennis Amante (Production Aircon), Mr. Michael Ferrer (Production Engineering), Mr. Ryan Jason Botin (QC Inspection), Ms. Amy Beredo (Production Meter), Mr. Christopher Delgado (Production Aircon), Mr. Derick Vila (QA Engineering), Mr. Efren Mendoza (Production Printing), Mr. Jerry Niega (QC Inspection), Mr. Mark Lester Fernandez (Production Meter), and Ms. Rhealyn Manambit (QMS/Training).

PAC won 2nd Place at the 4th Asia Pacific QCC Convention |

Last August 2008, the PAC Kaizen Team from Production - SIFS Section competed in the 4th ASEAN QC Circle Convention held in Bangkok, Thailand. With the will to win, the team presented our Kaizen entry with the theme “Reduction Usage of Indirect Materials”.
Once again, PAC Kaizen team proved their teamwork and problem solving capabilities by emerging as 1st Runner Up among 8 other competing groups. As of now, the team is preparing for the Global QCC Convention to be held in DENSO Corp., Japan this coming November.
