PAC Training & Education designs and provides appropriate learning programs leading to knowledge enrichment, skills advancement and behavioral enhancement to ensure a high level of competency of all PAC Associate.

Objectives:

• Develop a reliable and accurate measure in identifying training needs to align the disparity between the associates’ competency and customer requirements.
• Support the organizational efforts in fulfilling the DENSO Vision 2015 through adequate and standard transfer of skill, knowledge and abilities to all PAC associates.

The Training and Education system goes hand in hand with PAC for Total Customer Satisfaction.
